I dont think you should decide your diagnosis with reactions to medications. Only if they stay after a med change.

Your diagnosis could temporarily change if you say go manic on Remeron or MAOI. If you discontinued and the symptoms that were med induced STAY then i would consider taking these symptoms into account. If they wane(d) then i wouldnt worry about it.

What is your story behind this. What happened and what meds where you on at the time?

Also you say you decide about meds yourself. Your pdoc just approves everything?

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 10mg
Lithium Carbonate 100mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 37.5 mg
