I am very surprised to hear this. I thought one of the advantages to Trileptal is that it produced less sedation than Tegretol. Thanks for clearing that up for me. A friend of mine is on Tegretol and was thinking of switching to Trileptal due to sedation and fatigue. Of course, these might be symptoms of depressive illness or his taking Suboxone.
