Do you get apathy from ADs? Increasing my benzo dose for a few days works incredibly well for me.
40 years? Well, why not, if you need the benzos and they give you relief , why quit? Especially if you can tolerate their side effects. People who rant about taking them only for the short term have clearly never experienced a panic attack or crippling anxiety!
