I didn't realize there is a psychology board but I will look at it definitely. My dr. shot down the Buspar idea saying it is not effective for my anxiety level and wants me to take some gabapenen or something like that 3 times a day! she is nuts because I told her I don't want to take something more then twice a day and I do not want an anticonvulsant because I know of withdrawl seizures if it don't work out and I don't need to worry more about having one then I already do, ugggh, back to valium I guess and prayers sigh...
