Whelp, I went from 300mg effexor/day to 75mg effexor + 20mg 'zac starting yesterday.
Feeling a little spacey, but other than that no withdrawal symptoms yet...
If I feel ok Tuesday, I'll drop to 37.5mg effexor for a couple days.
