I made such a stink - plus it was a $50 co-pay - that I insisted they refund me. I had never asked for it to be put on auto refill, it was entirely their fault.
I am very very nasty as a consumer since having managed several stores when I was younger. Having the name of the guy's boss was good to get too.
He is a bossy incompetent, and I have no pity on those who throw their weight around, intimidating consumers.
