They automatically refilled a script $$$$ that I didn't request. Had stopped taking after the initial prescription. I was on vacation, and came home to a message of many refills waiting to be picked up.
They didn't want to refund my money from the sealed, unopened package a day later, when I was jet lagged and there was a queue of people behind me when I picked it up along with 6 others. Said it against policy. (New to me. They have done this twice before.)
The manager chose to discuss the matter with me from across the room, loudly, instead of using the "consultation" area in the pharmacy for just such discussions. Now my scrips have a hand written note on them saying "make sure pt is still taking this med before dispensing."
Manager ate crow on the phone with me, but he's a meathead. No idea of how to provide service in a sensitive way.
Grrr. I could change pharmacies, but it would be 15 scrips.New manager, btw.
