Klonopin is high potency. 1mgs/Klonopin= (roughly) 20mgs/Valium.

But they're different drugs. Valium is more euphoric, has muscle relaxing properties. Klonopin can be anti-manic, mood stabilizing, strong anti-convulsant (originally used in epilepsy); can cause depression.
