I would be careful with Tramadol. It's a strong med, and can have a negative effect on someone with a psychiatric disorder. In my experience, sure I felt great for a few hours (maybe a little too great) but then I felt horrible, lots of anxiety and felt like I was cycling for the rest of the day. I also had a hard time falling asleep even though I was very tired. I also felt hung over the following day. I wouldn't use it unless directed by your pdoc.
