My sister also suffers from mood disorder. Hers looks more like severe personality disorder or BP.
She get depressed and spirals into suicidal thoughts. She's all ways been a nervous bird and can actually pass put from panic and anxiety.
She hates taking pills. She doesn't mind smoking and drinking to cope. She has taken Xanax or Valium to deal with anxiety.
She has also found Tramadol to be a great mood lifter.
She asked me yesterday why I don't just take Tramadol as needed and use my Klonopin if I get too irritable.
She thinks its safer than taking all the other crazy meds.
Is this even a viable option? Don't know of a doc that would agree to it.
Thoughts? Anyone use Tramadol with success?
