A quick fix would be a benzodiazepine of course, like Xanax or Valium, thou these chemicals can be addictive, but they do work. A long term relief is most often found in SSRI's thou in 40% of cases they fail to correct SA.
Gabapentin (Neurontin) would also be worth considering. Guys who are on it often start "liking" it. I read this one story of a guy who took 9000mg of Gabapentin at once, he couldn't figure out which button on the elevator was up or down.

Also Lyrica, an anticonvulsant med is prescribed for anxiety related disorders in Europe.

If the above fail, next comes the Nardil, there is not much that have to be added here, other than it's Nardil. It can make you feel too good on constant basis.
