I'll see if I can describe my fatigue other than by saying that it involves having really low energy levels, which is probably rather obvious. Basically, for me, it doesn't so much involve being sleepy and drowsy as much as it involves a significant slowing of my thought processes and feeling run down, maybe in some ways similar to how I feel when I have a flu. When my fatigue is at its worst, I have a difficult time getting out of bed, and I also find waking myself up with an alarm to be a lot more difficult than it was prior to the onset of my fatigue.
