It usually takes a couple of weeks for Buspar to start working on anxiety, it's not a prn medication like clonazepam. Although it's possible to feel a boost in energy from it initially, happened to me anyway.

It's worth a try, although Trileptal leaves the body quickly, just like Buspar.

Trileptal can be used to easen clonazepam, and benzos in general, withdrawals. So it's not so strange.

How about taking clonazepam at bedtime?
