I was just really sick of my weight! Im 200,5 pounds on 5 foot 8..

Thats a disaster. I do have some muscle left from working out in the past but still. Its a desaster. I worked my *ss off for my body, i dont deserve this.

Do you think the sustained release metformin covers 24 hours? Do you think 1500 might be enough? And do you have any idea what blood-work results i need to check to make sure my liver/kidney tolerates it? Standard blood work?
