Maybe. Maybe not. Some people with CFS are very sensitive to stimulants. They'll feel wired on them, and then when the pills wear off, they'll crash and feel worse than they did before. Dr. Daniel Amen believes there are six types of ADD/ADHD. Some types can be helped by stimulants, and some types can be made much worse by stimulants. Here's a description of the six types:
