I LIVE IN ANKARA IN TURKEY. THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY :) ADDING LOW DOSE NALTREXONE IS AN BETTER OPTION ALWAYS. I CAN ORDER LOW DOSE NALTREXONE THANKS TO YOUR AMAZING LINK. MOREOVER, I WANTED TO ADD SOMETING NEW.YOU CAN READ BELOW...

My recent treatment is :

VENLAFAXINE ( EFFEXOR ) : 300 MG
LAMOTRIGINE ( LAMICTAL ): 200 MG
AMISULPRIDE ( SOLIAN ) : 200 MG

MY MOOD İS LOW NOW. I WANT TO FIND AN ANSWER WHY ? MY HYPOTHESIS IS THAT MY TSH IS HIGH AND MY FREE T4 LEVEL IS LOW. BECAUSE OF THAT I DONT RESPOND TO ANTIDEPRESSANT THERAPY.ARTICLES THAT I READ SIGNS THAT HIGH TSH LEVEL AND LOW FREE T4 HORMONE LEVEL AT THE BEGINNING LEVEL SIGN LOW ANTIDEPRESSANT RESPONSE.

WHEN I DIDNT RESPOND ANTIDEPRESSANT WITH LITHIUM CARBONATE, I THINK MY FREE T4 LEVEL WAS LOW AND MY TSH WAS HIGH. IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, IT IS HARD TO RESPOND AN ANTIDEPRESSANT FOR ME EASILY. EVEN, ITS IMPOSSIBLE.

IN CONCLUSION, I WILL ADD T3 AND T4 COMBINATION TO MY COCTAIL. THANKS TO THAT ADDITION I RESPOND EFFEXOR,LAMICTAL AND SOLIAN MORE EFFECTIVELY.

I COULDNT TAKE AN ANSWER MY OTHER QUESTIONS.PLEASE HELP ME...

Higher lamictal dosage (above 300 mg) means better for depression. Is it true or false??

What is the mechanism of action of lamotrigine on our brain in terms of depression?
