I should add that during this period I've been more active. Active as in moving though a moving company did the heavy lifting.
Also since I'm seeing some weight loss I'm trying very hard not to eat too much.
But even though I hoped for modest weight loss and turning things away from Diabetes I would have been almost happy watching my weight stop climbing.
