I didn't think so at first but now I can say my OA is lots less painful. Stairs are still rough but standing and walking are good. The OA med being pushed is Cymbalta, which I don't want to take. As much as I want an anti- inflammatory, they haven't worked well for me unless I take enormous doses. I can't say it will work for you but might be worth a try.
