I did well on a combination of Pristiq+Saphris. I had a long episode of depression that was only seeing partial remission with Lexapro+Abilify but the Pristiq+Saphris helped a lot. I do not take these medications anymore, except very occasional Saphris prn for a few days. Discontinuing Pristiq was not difficult for me, which I found strange with all the horror stories about Effexor withdrawal.
I don't have any experience with Viibryd. I don't personally know anyone who takes it. My view is unless it's better than Lexapro no reason to spend the extra $$ for another SSRI, regardless of its unique properties. herpills
