Thanks for the suggestion jono, but it is not so easy. I tried many and side effects, tinnitus, sedation, etc made them difficult to keep.

Maybe I could try tianeptine (expensive) or mirtazapine (which seems not to cause tinnitus, but I am not sure how it works)

Dr told me wellbutrin woul be too anxiogenic or irritating for me, but who knows.
