Nardil Users/Experts, what to do for B6 deficiency

Posted by gilmourr on November 29, 2012, at 21:39:37

Hopefully some people using Nardil/drug experts see this thread

I have taken Nardil for 20 days, was going well with taking B6 (100 mg) except for nausea caused by the vitamin. I stopped B6 and 2-3 days later I was hit with more depression, tiredness, unmotivation, SHIVERING when not cold, and flu symptoms.

I think this is because of not taking B6 because without enough B6 it doesn't inhibit GABA-T which gives me GABA and it doesn't synthesize dopamine or SERT.

I'm 80% certain it's a vitamin issue because it happened 2-3 days after stopping the vitamin and I've read a LOT of literature in the past 2-3 days about how Nardil depletes B6 GREATLY.

Anyways, the one tablet I took created a LOT of nausea, how else can I get B6? I can take a shot but wouldn't I have to do that everyday then since it's water soluble? Will a capsule work?

I feel like my drugs have stopped working and I've been on them for 24 days now, they should be STEPPING UP, not stepping down. HELP. (I got a B6 test, it'll be back in 4 days but I want to supplement now.)
