Feeling flat on Buspar

For about a week, I have only taken Buspar. (Discontinued clonazepam a week ago.)
My prescribed dose will be 15 mgs twice a day, but for now I'm taking 5 mgs once a day and 10 mgs once a day.
And I'm feeling -- surprisingly FLAT and dispassionate about things. I don't want to be anxious, but I do want to care. Also having kind of a feeling of dullness intellectually.
Physically I am feeling dizziness, headache, and an edge of restlessness.
I am considering going back to an SSRI or SNRI. I have tried buspar off and on this year. Any ideas?
