hi Z-
i'm on 10 mg. i pretty much started off with 10 also (first time for that). i took 5mg right away after talking with pdoc around 5pm then one before bed about 10 (per instruction)i actually notice a slight difference it doesnt seem quite as 'containing' of my emotional lability. i still seem a little impulsive, and a little 'uncontained' in terms of negative mood. but mostly ok.-WAY better than before. anxiety nixed. yay. was getting tired of that feeling
i still experiencing high level of solmnolence and appetite. as with original
though the appetite seems to maybe be leveling off. (yet i'm still eating...go figure) gained about 8 lbs. and i was pushing my luck in my old pants, i have to buy some new now... :(
i'm feeling pretty low about this mostly cuz i never lost the weight from last fall when i went on it. feel like i'm never going to get out of this hole of high weight level. i am legally fat now.due to outside stressors i'm hesitant to go off it, so i'm gonna stick it out longer. at least till the end of sept (after yougests birthday).
with approval of pdoc i am going to go down to 5mg for maintenance dose.say Z, have you ever been on lamictal? what's your thoughts.
i was but only for extreme short time. not even enough time to really see. (1 week)but just curious. any weight gain for you with that?
