I don´t know any more than you. I heard those xact same things, therefore went for the Oasis pro. No Problems with it. Their company Mindalive is also looking very credible in my op.
i think that would satisfy your needs. I mean total flex (Meaning you can choose any frequency like neurotrek) may be more for pros - and can lead to frustration. Because you must find the xact ones that work. Wile the six pre-set ones on the oasis (or others) are "tried and true" (I think specially for anxiety/stress/sleep/depression/add.)
Again MindAlive.org is good place for Info (also external), and it´s Canadian, and I think that makes it easier to get without prescription etc.
I do not work for them or anything, I also wanted the Neurotrek (but then again - it´s made by just one guy, with a questionable rep. - but apparently some skills).
I´m just a norwegian Bio-hacker.
The emWave2 is something I think EVERYONE should get. Even Dalei Lama attests to that sh*t. (i´m an atheist by the way - if it matters). Keyword: BANG FOR BUCK..

I think Resetting your Breathing/heart-rythm first (emWave) for five min (its all it takes), and then relaxing hooked up to a CES would be really good for you, and anyone else..
