i have an oasis pro, witch is more flex than the two other mentioned, as they are fixed at one frequency each o,5 hz and 100hz i think.
with mine I have several frequencies, from delta, theta, alpha and beta ++
this is old tech with alot of research. First used by the sovjets to make astronauts sleep. Hence the old popular name "russian sleep machine"
But: As always its not as "magic" as some producer may suggest. Could still be of some real value. I would look into HRV device like emwawe2 first, to calm the hart/stress before trying to calm (or energize) the brain.
