I say if the zyprexa is working, stay on it. You could up the dose to 20mg. I've never taken saphris, but I'm currently augmenting 10mg zyprexa with perphenazine. Which seems to work well. I've had a lot of bad med trials, abilify, and geodon that made things worse for me. I would up the zyprexa to 20mg first then add some thing if it does not work.
