That's not a bad idea. Good thinking. I would say that combining desipramine or nortriptyline with Zoloft, Lexapro, or Effexor makes some sense. If one were to use Prozac or Paxil along with a TCA, the dosage of the TCA must be cut in half. For a time, I had some luck with nortriptyline + Effexor.
