What are your prominent symptoms?

Why do you say this? Is this characterization supported by scientific evidence? It seems to me that psychosis can be a subtyping of PTSD, but is not a necessary component for its official diagnosis. Even so, the percentage of cases of PTSD that include psychosis is less than 25%. In fact, there is some disagreement as to whether the subtype exists at all.
