For PTSD, usually SSRI's, beta-blockers, some mood stabilizers and even AP's.
Some interesting trials with topamax. I had a good response to that, but my flavor of PTSD isnt as bad as someone with combat fatigue or a rape victim.
Only real treatment for PTSD is therapy of some sort. EMDR?
