Lamictal is helping. Actually more than anything else I've taken before. I won't say it's perfect but at least I can function. Hopefully, it will continue doing so. You're right about taking baby steps and I'm working on that. I'm also entering menopause (48)and believe this may be exacerbating things a bit. I hope you are doing well. Greetings
