Hi everoyne, maybe some peoples here can help me about the clonidine action for anxiety who seem related to a high noradrenaline\adrenaline level.
I have normal-low blood pressure at home around 105-110 on 65-70 and its higher out of the house. Have dizziness and fast pulse ar rest around 90-120 and always speed up to the 140 and more pulse rate with minimal exercise like taking a shower...also have pounding heart beat all the time even when my blood pressure is low.
I start having chronic chest pain with numbness of the left arm who seem to radiate in the neck veins and also always have headache...
Im on a low dose of Inderal but cant take more than 10mg day since its lowering too much my blood pressure and give more anxiety symptoms. It was working great in the past to reduce the fast heart rate but now its not effective..
So I want to know if I can take the Inderal in the morning for the tachycardia and take small dose of Clonidine at the same time? If so, what is the best dose for my type of anxiety, a dose who will just reduce the adrenaline\noradrenaline without lowering my blood pressure?
I have some 0.1mg pills but never try it properly... Does the Clonidine can help with the fast heart beat, the pounding heart and the chest pain...? Can it help also to improve my headache pain?
I also have more adrenaline\noradrenaline surge at night and have insomnia...take forever to fall asleep and wake up cover of sweat with fast heart rate most of the time...
Also I dont understand why its possible to have lower blood pressure with high adrenaline? Also I dont understand why its possible to feel so tired when noradrenaline or adrenaline is suppose to keep you awake and give energy...my energy level is near 0...cant barely move from my bed to the couch and always feel like I need to sleep and if I go in bed I cant...
The small 2 mg dose of Remeron I take for my insomnia cant do all of this no? Will have to ask about somethings else to help me to sleep since I already take high dose of clonazepam 8 mg day and some xanax as needed but never more than 0.25 mg a day... Maybe will ask for a very low dose of Trimipramine, who seem to work on low dose like 2 mg for the insomnia without affecting too much the NE...
Well if someone here is used to the clonidine and the correct dosage to use for the type of anxiety I have, I will be very happy about getting advises...
