Ive been on both mindandmuscle.net and longecity.org reading people's experiences with LDN. It appears that it may be a good idea for many trying LDN to start at 1 mg and titrate up to anywhere from 3 to 4.5 to make the adjustment period easier. Also, as BB said before, some have success with it at as low as 1 or 2 mg.
