Today has been pretty good, with the exception being sleeping far longer than I would like and waking up feeling a little more out of it than I would like. I think I need to be careful about when I take LDN, I took it too late last night. My mood and energy levels have been pretty good. The most notably thing I experienced today was my mind being activated in a way that I wanted to read and could read with much more ease than usual.
