Its your call, but could you try something else? I personally would be concerned about being over-stimulated early on in treatment. Sometimes other drugs are given--low-dose antipsychotics, benzos--to counter agitation and anxiety, but I'd personally want to find something more tolerable instead of medicating away side effects.
