I forgot to mention that I tried trimipramine (Surmontil), but failed to respond to it. It didn't even give me my usual 3-day improvement like many of the other TCAs do.

Q: Do you feel strongly that 5-HT2 receptor blockade is solely responsible for the therapeutic effects of trimipramine?
