so i put a call (well 4) to pdoc yesterday trying to find out what to do cuz i was still spiraling down.
since i didnt hear back i decided to try a dopamine bouce effect.
since i'm on perphenazine and zyprexa (dopamine antagonists) i decided this weekend to do this so starting sat i only took night dose of perphenazine then last night (yesterday was REAL BAD) i did not take zyprexa.ya i had a tricky time getting to sleep last night fast heartrate, anxiety but suprisingly used breathing exercises and that seemed to help calm me enough to zonk out around midnight.
then i woke easily at 5, and went out to exercise. did weights and short swim.
i felt great leaving fitness center. Still feel pretty decent.
i feel depression lingering in background but i'm doing all the external things i can to keep going.i didnt ever realize how much zyprexa hindered my processing.
i've gotten quite spoiled to my normal thinking patterns and speed.
and i felt dull and slow compared to that. Not to mention depression seemed to either keep coming and getting worse either because of the drugs or despite them.even if it only works for one day...i'll take it.
i'm going to spend extra time with my girls tonight.

i know that stimulants always have helped me greatly with my mood. adderall especially.maybe i need to look more at DRI's
like Provigil or such.are there any new drugs out there that focus on Dopamine along with serotonin?
i thought i read a few months ago on here that there were a few in the lurk.
