zonked, I am still working this out. I wake up the same time as you, though with Xanax xr on board I am waking between 5-6 rather than 4:00.
The new doc said he couldn't see any contraindication between Emsam and ambien CR.
Do you wake during sleep as well? If so, just a suggestion to time an ambien CR to allow a few extra hours of sleep.
I'm not a z-drug pusher. Just my down and dirty advice of the moment. I'm still working my sleep to try and find the best architecture because I feel so strongly about good sleep as an aid to recovery longevity.
