Nardil + cholinergic agent anyone?

Hey,

i was wondering about adding sth like for example huperzine A before bedtime to restore REM sleep and counteract some of the cognitive side effects?
A cholinergic agent that acts only a couple hours would be great for this i think. Maybe the cognitive side effects are a result of the lack of REM sleep.
Experiences/ thoughts on this?

Refractory atypical double depression, severe
Social anxiety disorder, moderate
(C)Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, severe
ADD, inattentive, mild
