I've never been Rx'd luvox, but then again I don't really have OCD and it seems like a long-haul medication, whereas I'm usually given antidepressants for just a little while.
It seems OK though. Some people w/ psychotic depression respond to it as monotherapy, and that's definitely a plus. Maybe now that its in XR and on patent they'll do a better, bigger study on that.
