Go easy on yourself, you're suffering. That's why we're all here, to support each other and share information. Living with a psychiatric condition (MDD or a variant am I right?) plus a chronic pain condition (fibro) must be unimaginably hard.
If you need to vent, I'm glad you have somewhere to do it. I've found better support here than in any face to face group I've attended....
