hey. I don't know how to calculate it...I think its just something you're going to have to watch out for. Some docs say taking high dose antioxidants (c,e,niacinamide,b6) can help reduce the risk.

smoking=probably higher risk (same with drug and alcohol abuse)

female=higher risk (risk goes up with advancing age)

mood disorder= higher risk than schizophrenia

early EPS=higher risk than if not EPS present

Anyway, you do what you gotta do to function...just keep an eye out for tongue darting and maybe take a break periodically to see if you actually still need the risperdal; you might only need the antipsychotic for a little while.
