FB I understand now. That is what happened to me with the switch from xanax to klonopin that time but at the time xanax still worked well. Just to me it kind of sounds like what has happened to me the benzos just don't work the same anymore. And you have to ask questions. And definitely no google can't answer them all or even some sometimes. I do feel you should stick with the emsam for a while as it seems to be working. It't the sleeping that's giving you problems? I'm so glad you went swimming good for you. I haven't seen extremes in mood though. But that's just l. Many more may see things a lot differently. I'm sorry. Love Phillipa
