Hi FB,

I was reading your post and it seems like you need an emergency "go-to" drug for times of extreme panic, etc. I hope your doctor will help you find something that works.

I think extra exertion can throw your system off a little. At least it seems that way for me. I went swimming the other day and I think I'm still recovering.

I hope you are doing okay..is the EMSAM still working for you?
