From what I understand, the danger of tap beer is largely due to mold/fermentation in the tubes of the tap itself, not the actual beer that's . Apparently they're hard to dismantle and clean thoroughly. I drink bottled beer on an MAOI, but I wouldn't risk a tap beer or homebrew.
