It's available by ordering overseas. It's against board policy here to share any names of pharmacies, but a google search gets you there.. For your particular symptoms it sounds better matched than SSRIs. The side effects are milder too. I discovered my best dose was just 12.5mg a day or 12.5mg every other day. That was kind of tricky since most of the pharmacies sell 100mg or larger. Crush and divide. It is not available in the USA except by mail from another country. There is dispute over the legality, but it is almost always treated as legal except when narcotics or controlled substances are involved.
Someone else here a few months ago was doing well by just a tiny chunk once every two days. If I remember correctly, that person had been through a lot of drugs already.
