As I said, it's probably naive, and I need to ask only because I have never been able to sustain my concentration on work for an extended period and so I honestly don't know what it would be like. But on the occasions when I have been able to focus on work for a period of several months, during this time I barely think about mood issues. I am hopeful that if a stimulant solves my attention problem, it will go a long way toward ending my depressive ruminations.
