So I decided to reinstate amitriptyline for sleep a couple of nights ago after finding my battalion of natural remedies were consistently coming up short.
Does anyone find that amitrip actually deepens sleep? I seem to fall asleep easier, but my sleep is really dream-ridden and I wake up with black circles under my eyes. I've been taking 10mg and last night went up to 15mg. Would raising the dose improve the quality of sleep?
