I don't feel ... I know. Emotional regulation is very difficult for people with BPD. I was told that I have BPD "traits" because I self injure and I have an eating disorder. That is why I did a 9 month DBT programme and I learnt so much about BPD. Also, it has been a really long time since I have self injured because I use the skills I learned in DBT.
