Nope, it says specifically in the instructions that you can't chew or swallow it. However, I did find a way to get it down. If i put a jolly rancher on the top of my tongue to block the flavor I can tolerate it. I take the jolly rancher out as soon as the tablet has dissolved. I'm sure that the sugar from the jolly rancher interferes with absorption a little, but I can't imagine that it would be too horribly much and I figure it's better than not taking it at all. Oh the things we do for meds!
