no, it's sub-lingual, so you have to take it under the tongue. I tried several times last night (probably did ingest 5mg with my 4 combined attempts). Yeah, I've swallowed some nasty pills in my time, and I'm willing to suck it up and do that. This one you have to leave in your mouth for 10 minutes, and I just can't make it.
